Info Edge (India) Limited announced that its board approved investments of approximately Rs 100 crore each in its wholly owned subsidiaries, Startup Internet Services Limited (SISL) and Startup Investments (Holding) Limited (SIHL). The company has already agreed to acquire 20,000,000 equity shares of SISL for about Rs 20 crore and 83,94,895 equity shares of SIHL for approximately Rs 25 crore, with the remaining amounts to be infused in tranches over the next year based on future funding needs.
