IMSL Integrated Master Securities Pvt Ltd

IIFL Finance Limited disclosed that a tax demand of Rs 963.39 crore has been raised by the Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax against its subsidiary, IIFL Home Finance Limited, following block assessment proceedings related to search and seizure actions. IIFL Finance Limited has received a stay of recovery on the outstanding demand until December 31, 2026, subject to payment of Rs 23.78 crore in installments, with the first installment of Rs 5 crore already paid on August 13, 2026. The company intends to contest the additions and disallowances, which include Rs 490 crore related to overriding commission income, and does not currently expect a material impact on its financial position.
