The Hi-Tech Gears Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 6,497 equity shares to eligible employees under “The Hi-Tech Gears Limited Stock Incentive Plan, 2021” at an exercise price of Rs 10 per share, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 18,81,35,470 consisting of 1,88,13,547 shares to Rs 18,82,00,440 consisting of 1,88,20,044 shares.
