Hardwyn India Limited announced that its board of directors has approved the allotment of 19,53,61,440 fully paid-up equity shares of Re. 1 each as bonus shares in the proportion of 2 shares for every 5 existing shares, effective July 28, 2026, following shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting on July 3, 2026, and in-principal approvals from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on July 17, 2026, and July 8, 2026, respectively; this increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ?48,84,34,054 divided into 48,84,34,054 equity shares to ?68,37,95,494 divided into 68,37,95,494 equity shares.
