Rajeshwari Singh Muni, and Shri Sunil Kakar, and approved Material Related Party Transactions with Promoter Companies up to an aggregate limit of Rs 1,000 crores, and a Private Placement of Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs)/Bonds up to an aggregate outstanding limit of Rs 2,500 crores.
