Force Motors Limited announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the “Second A” Equity Shareholders will be held on October 26, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means to consider the proposal of removal of restrictions of transferability and other incidental conditions of 1,15,748 "Second A" Equity Shares, which are currently not listed on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The cut-off date for e-voting is October 19, 2026, and the e-voting period will run from October 22 to October 25, 2026.
