Mehta's total shareholding in Emerald Leisures Limited is 46,74,510 equity shares, which amounts to 31.12% of the total share capital. The pledge was created on September 1, 2026, in favor of Beacon Trusteeship Limited (Debenture Trustee) and Lighthouse Canton Alternatives Asset Manager private limited (Lender) against the allotment of non-convertible debentures.
