Digjam Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, has admitted a petition related to the proposed Scheme of Arrangement between Reid & Taylor International Private Limited and Digjam Limited, and fixed Wednesday, October 28, 2026, as the date for the next hearing. The tribunal directed Digjam Limited to serve notices to various authorities, including the Central Government, Reserve Bank of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, and others, and to publish notices in newspapers.
