Cube Highways Fund Advisors Private Limited, acting as the investment manager to Cube Highways Trust, announced that the concession period for Andhra Pradesh Expressway Private Limited, a project special purpose vehicle (SPV), expired on September 14, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. Andhra Pradesh Expressway Private Limited has initiated the contractual handover process of the project to the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and will continue to be classified as a SPV, subject to fulfilling prescribed conditions, while the investment manager evaluates options for the SPV.
