Chemiesynth Vapi Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 10,00,000 unlisted Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) on a private placement basis under the First Tranche, totaling Rs 10,00,00,000, following member approval and receipt of subscription money. The shares have a face value of Rs 10 per share and will mature on October 28, 2033, with a 5% cumulative dividend per annum payable in accordance with the terms of the issue.
