Furthermore, CCME Global Limited is relocating its registered office from Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, to Mumbai, Maharashtra, and amending its Memorandum of Association accordingly. The company’s authorized share capital is INR 200 crore, with a pre-split issued and subscribed capital of INR 196.09 crore and a paid-up capital of INR 196.09 crore.
