Brigade Enterprises Limited has entered into an Investment Framework Agreement with International Finance Corporation (IFC) to invest in eligible middle-income housing projects, including a project to be developed by Venusta Ventures Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brigade Enterprises. As part of the agreement, Venusta Ventures Private Limited plans to issue unsecured, rated, redeemable, rupee-denominated non-convertible debentures to IFC, which are proposed to be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE, and IFC will have the right to appoint a director in Venusta Ventures Private Limited.
