The Board of DCM Shriram at its meeting held on 02 May 2023 has approved the appointment of Aditya A. Shriram as Additional Director and also as Deputy Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 02 July 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Further, K.K. Kaul will cease to be a Director of the Company w.e.f. closing of business hours of 01 July 2023 due to completion of his tenure as Whole-time Director of the Company.
