Baazar Style Retail Limited announced the allotment of 10,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 0.05 each at an issue price of Rs 328.25, including a premium of Rs 323.25, to Cupid Limited, a non-promoter body corporate, pursuant to the conversion of equity warrants. The allotment, which occurred on September 26, 2026, involved converting 10,00,000 warrants out of the remaining 86,00,000 warrants initially allotted, and the shares will rank pari-passu with existing equity shares.
