The company also revised the terms and conditions of appointment for Executive Director Abhinav Bhardwaj, increasing his monthly basic salary to Rs 350,000 from Rs 260,000 for the financial years 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029, and extending his tenure until August 31, 2030.
