Alembic Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to consider and approve the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Alembic Limited said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India. The trading window for company securities, which was closed from July 1, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
