Alan Scott Enterprises Limited announced that its Right Issue Committee approved the allotment of 9,52,931 partly paid-up equity shares to eligible shareholders/applicants against receipt of application money, following the expiry of the offer period on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. The company received applications for the shares, priced at INR 75 per share, including a premium of INR 65, and will seek listing and trading approval from BSE Limited for the allotted shares, which will increase the company’s paid-up share capital to INR 64,32,28,882.50.
