Aditya Ispat Limited's board of directors approved a scheme for the reduction of its issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital, proposing to cancel 50,82,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each to realign the company's capital structure and offset accumulated losses, resulting in a reduction of the paid-up equity share capital from Rs 53,50,00,000 to Rs 26,75,000. The board also approved the reappointment of Mrs. Sushila Kabra as a director and the regularization of Mr. Vemula Jalaprasad’s appointment as an Executive Whole Time Director for three years, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 35th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
