Aditya Infotech Limited has closed a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of 4,326,507 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 3,467 per share, according to a regulatory filing on September 25, 2026. The QIP Committee approved the closure of the issue and the allocation of shares, which represents a discount of Rs 181.43, or 4.97%, to the floor price of Rs 3,648.43 per share, and was conducted in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
