ASM Technologies secures Rs 525.999825 crore via preferential share issue to SBI Mutual Fund and others

ASM Technologies Limited announced that its board approved a preferential issue of up to 10,78,974 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 4,875 per share, including a premium of Rs 4,865, to raise approximately Rs 525.999825 crore. The proposed allottees include SBI Mutual Fund through its various schemes (8,22,564 shares, Rs 400.99995 crore), SBI Emergent India Fund (1,02,564 shares, Rs 49.99995 crore), Derive Trading and Resorts Private Limited (1,02,564 shares, Rs 49.99995 crore), and Asha Mukul Agrawal (51,282 shares, Rs 24.999975 crore). The company will also convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on October 4, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for the preferential issue.
